Museum Policies
Visitor Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable viewing environment and the safety of our exhibits, please observe the following guidelines before entering the museum:
Museum Etiquette

Please do not run, play, or speak loudly inside the museum.

Do not touch the exhibits (except for interactive displays, please follow the on-site instructions).
Food & Beverages

Food and drinks (including water) are prohibited inside the exhibition galleries.

If you need to drink water, please use the public area on the 1st floor.

Food with strong odors or unsealed items are not allowed inside the museum.
Baggage & Storage

Pets are not permitted in the museum (except for certified guide dogs).

Please place umbrellas in the umbrella racks. Compact umbrellas may be stored in your personal bags.

Flammable materials, corrosive liquids, sharp objects, and other hazardous items are prohibited in the galleries.

Large luggage, plants (including bouquets, fruits, and vegetables; items left overnight will be discarded), and any other items deemed unsuitable for the galleries must be checked in at the 1st-floor Information Desk.
Photography Policy

Non-commercial photography is permitted.

The use of selfie sticks, tripods, gimbals, stabilizers, and flash photography is prohibited.
